2009-10 Euroleague, Eurocup and EuroChallenge draws coming July 8

 The first events of the next basketball season, the draws of the 2009-10 Euroleague, Eurocup and EuroChallenge, will be held on Wednesday, July 8 in Barcelona, Spain. In a demonstration of continued collaboration between the two institutions, the 2009-10 draws of the Euroleague, Eurocup and EuroChallenge will be held and organized between Euroleague and FIBA Europe. The draws will begin at 11:00 local time (CET) and will determine the qualifying-round matchups and regular-season groups for the Euroleague, as well as the qualifying rounds for both the Eurocup and the EuroChallenge. The Eurocup and EuroChallenge regular season groups will be drawn at a later date, once the qualifying rounds are finished.
