Euroleague for Life with the Italian Committe of UNICEF

 Following previous collaborations with UNICEF under the Social Responsibility Program of Euroleague Basketball, this time with the Italian Comitte of UNICEF different initiatives took place during the 2008 ULEB Cup Final Eight in Turin, Italy. The most important one was a ceremony that was held prior to the Final in which the Italian symbol of the UNICEF "Unite against Aids" campaign in Italy, "la pigotta," was given to each one of the finalists. Several tents to sell different items, including "la pigotta", and to receive donations were also installed by UNICEF at the arena. A donation was made by the Euroleague Basketball organisation as another step in the global Social Responsibility Program.
