Guards Davor Kus and Khalid El-Amin paced the winners with 18 and 16 points, respectively, on a combined 8 of 17 from downtown. Cedevita was doomed by poor outside shooting (5 of 21 from downtown, 23.8%) and 19 turnovers. Cibona got the job done with defense, by holding the hosts to just 12 points in the second quarter and 14 in the fourth, as well as offense, by scoring 25 in the third quarter. Cibona built a 30-38 halftime lead and increased it to 41-60 late in the third quarter before Cedevita narrowed the gap to 50-63 through three quarters. However a pair of El-Amin triples early in the fourth quarter essentially wrapped up the win and the championship for Cibona. Goran Suton added 13 points and 9 rebounds and Marin Rozic scored 11 for the winners. Chris Owens led Cedevita in defeat with 14 points and 8 rebounds.
