TUITION FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Evaluation of the applications and final selection
Once the deadline set for submitting all applications has passed, all CVs, motivational letters and the results of the English test to be taken at www.euroleague.net/ebi will be used to evaluate the applications.
Deadlines and final enrollment
Candidates have to apply strictly before the final deadline which is set for next January 31, 2012 by downloading and filling in the official application form and the English test available at www.euroleague.net/ebi.
Having gone through that, applicants will have to submit to Ca’ Foscari Challenge School, Fondamenta Moro 2978, 30123 Venezia, Italy, a series of documents and namely:
- A CV;
- A passport photo;
- A copy of their passport or ID;
- A motivational letter;
After a careful evaluation of all applications received, the final results will be communicated via e-mail on February 3, 2012.
Those who are admitted to the Master program will then have to:
a)
Only those students that did not complete their education at the Ca’ Foscari University will have to register
on its website, www.unive.it, clicking on
http://esse3.unive.it/Anagrafica/Registrazione.do?cod_lingua=eng
b) The admitted candidates to the Master are requested to enter the Ateneo website, www.unive.it. After that students are requested to complete the enrolment form following the relevant online procedure; they have to log in the private area and following the path:
Online student service - ESSE3 - English version > enrolment > enrolment on courses with an unrestricted number of places > Master - First level > [M38] Master in Sports Management and Marketing
. The filled enrolment form, signed, has to be sent Ca’ Foscari Challenge School Fondamenta Moro 2978, 30123 Venezia – Italy by 10th February 2012 and no later (date of the postmark is not evidence) adding:
• A revenue stamp of € 14,62 (only for residents in Italy)
• Copy of a valid ID
• Copy of the taxpayer’s code number (only for residents in Italy)
• Payment receipt through bank transfer
• Certificate of graduation
Apart from the ordinary documents to be addressed to the Secretariat, students having completed their academic education abroad (not in Italy) have to produce some additional feeds and these are namely:
• A certificate of their graduation, including a detailed overview of all examinations they had been sitting, to be submitted in their native language; an Italian version has also to be worked out and legally authenticated;
• A “dichiarazione di valore” (note that this provision applies only to those students who completed their education in non-EU countries) to be issued by an Italian-based diplomatic/consular institution of the country where they completed their studies.
Specific cases
• Students are not permitted to enroll in other courses in any other national and/or international university or research institute, in first- and second-level degree courses, first- and second-level degree university postgraduate course, training schools, Research Doctorates (except in the case where it is possible to suspend the above courses).
• Students are not permitted to enroll for the Master program before they complete one of the various academic programs that have been listed as a pre-requirement. Students are permitted to apply even if they still have to complete their studies, but as they officially enroll for the program, their higher education has to be over and they are not permitted to be registered for contemporary additional academic programs.
• Any withdrawal has to be communicated via the ad-hoc form to be handed over to the Secretariat or sent via mail to Ca’ Foscari Challenge School Fondamenta Moro 2978, 30123 Venezia – Italy, the officers of that institution will be in charge of forwarding that form directly to the students’ Secretariat.
TUITION FEES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Tuition fees stand at €5,000, this amount is to be paid by installment with a first tranche of €2,500 to be settled no later than next February 10, 2012 and a second installment of €2,500 as well to be wired by next April 30, 2012 at the latest.
The fees include:
- Participation in the EBI-Master program;
- Accommodation in Istanbul (10-13 May) during the 2012 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four;
- Attendance to the 2012 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four.
Participants will bear all additional costs eventually descending from their enrollment in the Master program.
Tuition fees for Former Students is calculated applying the difference between the present tuition fees, €5,000, and the tuition fees already paid in the attended edition.
The fees include:
- Participation in the Master program.

Payment Purpose: Ammissione Master di 1 livello in Sports Management and Marketing MaSMaCom 2011/2012 The bank transfer is the solely accepted payment method. No payments are to be settled via credit card, checks or any other different payment system.
In case of early withdrawal from the course, students will have to settle and bear all costs descending from their enrollment in the Master program.
80% of the amount having been previously settled as first installment will be reimbursed only in the case students are withdrawing no less than 30 days upon the master start. In case students are withdrawing later than 30 days upon the master start, after having completed their enrollment, they will have to bear also the second installment and therefore settle for the total amount of their tuition fees.
