Teenager’s vandalism like the baby gangs is a growing phenomenon in Italy. However studies show that the teenagers who are in these gangs do not practice competitive sports. By reaching out to these teenagers we can teach them the values of legality, compliance issues, and respect for opponents, teamwork, and courage. These are the important ingredients to help the teenagers. 

Olimpia Milano has always been close to its community creating a few years ago the ARMANI JUNIOR PROGRAM. 

With One Team, we want to get contact with thousands of children from any part of Milan and neighbourhood to help those who were not lucky to find their own sport. So we have decided to focus our attention on a target children aged 8 to 13 years, attending primary or secondary school and living in those neighbourhoods where the crime rate in children is higher.
