Defending champion EiffelTowers Den Bosch missed an opportunity to close the gap from first place Amsterdam MyGuide in a midweek round of the Dutch League. While Amsterdam was idle, the EiffelTowers fell at home to Matrixx Magixx 88-97. The visitors took the lead in the first period and successfully protected it the rest of the way. Alhaji Mohammed scored 27 points and Todd Abernathy added 18 for Matrixx Magixx, which won its 15the game – one more than Den Bosch. Darrell Tucker led EiffelTowers with 21, Robert Owens had 20 and Kees Akerboom Jr. 19 in defeat. Meanwhile the West Brabant Giants held onto second place by blasting the Rotterdam Challengers 90-68 as Tim Blue and Andre Harris scored 17 points apiece. In other games, Upstairs Weert downed Zorg & Zekerheid 73-94 behind 22 points and 16 rebounds by Latece Williams, Aris Friesland bested the Den Helder Seals 90-106 thanks to Roy Booker's 40 points and the Hanzevast Capitals defeated Landstede 63-73 with Guido Grunheid scoring 22 and Kevin Melson posting 18 points and 12 boards.
