MyGuide Amsterdam bounced back from a midweek loss by downing Upstairs Weert 83-65 to remain atop the Dutch League table by four wins. Amsterdam improved to 27-5 behind 21 points from Jeron Roberts and 19 from Teddy Gipson. Ashley Champion carried Weert with 26. The West Brabant Giants held off Den Helder Seals 93-97 to improve to 23-9 as Tim Blue erupted for a season-high 35 points. Andre Harris added 20 points and 12 rebounds and Patrick Pope had 18 points and 10 assists to complete a solid trio for the visitors. James Duffey paced the Seals with 23. The Hanzevast Capitals caught Matrixx Magixx for third place with a 90-61 spanking. The two are now tied at 19-13. The hosts took control with a 30-16 first period and coasted to victory behind 21 points from Dwayne Archbold and 19 from Kevin Melson. Meanwhile Zorg&Zekerheid needed two overtimes to top Aris Friesland 111-120 as JS Nash went for 32 points, 9 points and 5 assists – all season-bests – plus matching his season-high with 9 assists. Donald Wilson added 29 for the winners. Dillion Sneed posted 30 points and 14 rebounds, Reinvander Kamp also scored 30 and Jesse Kimbrough ran the show with 22 points and 16 assists for Aris.
