Zorg & Zekerheid Leiden was close to beating defending champion EclipseJet MyGuide Amsterdam, but the champs prevailed in the end and now lead the Dutch League with a 34-5 record, followed by EiffelTowers Den Bosch at 27-12 and Hanzevast Capitals at 26-13. It was 52-53 and anybody's game with 10 minutes to go, but Amsterdam leaned on its winning experience to top Zorg & Zekerheid 76-70 behind 18 points, 7 assists and 5 steals from Teddy Gipson. Petervan Paassen had another solid game with 17 points, Tamien Trent had 13 points, and Stefan Wessels collected 11 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. For the guests, Ronny LeMelle scored 13 points and David Chiotti recorded a double-double of 11 points and 13 rebounds. Hanzevast Capitals ran over second-place concurrent EiffelTowers 89-63 as Julian Khazzouh scored 24 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and blocked 5 shots, and Will Wittington hit 6 triples for the second game in a row and finished with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Upstairs Weert defeated Aris Friesland 93-82 as Steve Ross only missed two shots to pace five scorers in double digits with 19 points and 7 rebounds for the winners.
