Montepaschi remains atop the table with 21-1 record, while Lottomatica is now 12-20. Pepsi Caserta scored a come-from-behind 85-87 win at Vanoli Cremona to stay in second place with a 15-7 record, the same as Sigma Coating Montegranaro, which beat Scavolini 89-93 on the road in Pesaro. Armani Jeans Milano thrashed Banca Tercas Teramo 78-56 as Mason Rocca scored 21 points. Canadian Solar Bologna recorded a 79-82 win over Air Avellino behind 13 points from Patricio Prato. Cimberio Varese edged Benetton Treviso 90-82 behind 17 points from Jobey Thomas. And NGC Cantù took a 75-86 road win over Angelico Biella behind 24 points from Ben Ortner, while Carife Ferarra beat Nuova AMG Sebastiani 50-176 as Luke Jackson scored 40.

Ibby Jaaber added 13 points for the winners, Andre Hutson and Luigi Datome scored 12 apiece, Luca Vitali 11 and Angelo Gigli 10. Ksistof Lavrinovic paced Montepaschi with 14 points, Terrell McIntyre scored 13 and dished 8 assists and Ben Eze and Romain Sato netted 12 apiece. Lottomatica led 30-16 at the end of the first quarter and increased the cushion to 62-39 on a Jaaber jumper of Jaaber at the midway point of the third quarter. A 6-21 third-quarter run for Siena cut the cushion to 68-60, but Lottomatica opened the last quarter with 9 unanswered points to seal the victory.

Armani Jeans Milano thrashed Banca Tercas Teramo 78-56 as Mason Rocca scored 21 points. Alex Acker added 15 points, Massimo Bulleri 11 and Marco Mordente 10, while Drake Diener was the only player in double figure for the lossers with 17 points. Cimberio Varese edged Benetton Treviso 90-82 behind 17 points from Jobey Thomas and 16 apiece from Michel Morandais and Marko Tusek. Gary Neal had 21 and Sandro Nicevic 18 with 8 boards for the visitors. Nicevic gave a slim 76-78 advantage to Benetton early in the last quarter, but a 10-0 run for Varese capped from beyond the arc by Childress gave the lead to the hosts, who never looked back
