An offensive rebound and putback by Radek Necas with 3 seconds left in overtime was the game-winner for Nymburk, which now leads the series 3-2 as it tries to preserve its seven-year reign atop the Czech League. Protejov had led 82-84 heading into the final minute of overtime, before Afik Nissim tied the game up with free throws. Nymburk had needed a 28-22 fourth-quarter rally just to get the game to overtime thanks to Nissim's back-to-back three-pointers in the final 70 seconds of regulation time. Tre Simmons led the winners with 21 points, while Nissim added 16 and Petr Benda 15. Necas had 12 rebounds. Prostejov got 19 points from Eugene Lawrence, 18 from Kyle Landry and 17 from Benas Veikalas in defeat. Game 5 is on Friday in Prostejov.
