Aris bounced back from an initial home loss to win the series 2-1. As such, Olympiacos will face Aris in one of the semifinals while Panathinaikos has the home court advantage against PAOK in the other series. Anthony King and Christos Tapoutos paced the winners with 12 points apiece. Brendan Winters and Bobby Brown each added 11 for Aris. Ioannis Gagaloudis and Curtis Sumpter each had 11 points for Maroussi while Dalibor Bagaric added 10. Aris improved its defense in the second quarter to get a convincing 38-20 halftime lead. Aris boosted its margin 54-30 at the end of the third quarter, enough for the hosts celebrate a well-deserved, important win.
