BC Donetsk keeps leading the Ukrainian League standings with a 6-0 record by edging Hoverla 63-68 on the road on Monday. JK Edwards and Jasmin Hukic paced the winners with 14 points apiece, helping Donetsk to stay unbeaten atop the league table. Budivelnik improved to 4-2 by thrashing difficult Khimik 77-96 on the road also on Monday. Michailis Anisimovas led the winners with 20 points. Lamayne Wilson and Andriy Agafonov each added 16 while Billy Keys had 12 for Budivelnik, that led 41-51 at halftime, boosted its margin to 59-79 with under 9 minutes left and did not look back. Azovmash dropped to 3-3 due to a 92-88 road loss against Halychyna. Alan Wiggins paced the winners with 23 points. Demetrius Alexander led Azovmash with 24 points. Ramel Curry added 22, Wykeen Kelly had 19 while Charles Thomas got 12 for the guests, that led 81-83 with under 3 minutes left. A 7-1 run and free throw accuracy allowed Halychyna to win it down the stretch. In other games, Mykolaiv defeated Ferro-ZNTU 91-77, BC Odessa overwhelmed BC Kyiv 92-63 while Dnipro downed Kryvbasbasket 92-70 behind 28 points from Steve Burtt.
