Bruno Sundov and Brandon Heath each recorded double doubles as Bulgarian League leader Lukoil Academic raced to a 96-89 win over Euroins Cherno More. Sundov tallied 21 points and 11 rebounds and Heath had 11 points and 11 assists in helping Academic improve to 17-1. Damjan Stojanovski added 18 in 21 minutes off the bench for the winners. Aleksandar Yanev led Euroins with 25 points. Levski stayed within two wins of Academic after routing Spartak Pleven 74-96 on the road. Aaron Harper scored 21 and Vasil Evtimov totaled 20 points and 13 boards for the victors. In other Bulgarian League games, Balkan beat Riski Sportist 72-58 and Tundja Yambol spanked last-placed Chernomorets 79-95.
