Perennial Bulgarian League champ Lukoil Academic trashed Balkan 49-98 for its 25th win of the season. An amazing 11-37 first quarter iced the game early. Lamont Mack led the way with 20 points for the winners, Bruno Sundov amassed a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds, Bozhidar Avramov nailed 17 and Pavel Marinov 13. Levski Sofia raised its record to 23-5 as it beat Cherno More 93-81 thanks to a 24-11 final quarter. Aaron Harper dominated with points on 11-of-12 two-point shooting. Jarrett Howell added 18 and Pavel Ivanov netted 15 for the winners. Rilski Sportist took a huge 70-102 away win over Chernomorets as Hrsito Zahariev bagged 17 points and Filip Vukosavljevic and Martin Marinov drained 15 apiece. Tundja Yambol routed Spartak Pleven on the road 83-97 behind 23 points by Martin Durchev and 19 by John Ofoegbu.
