Cedevita wins 2012 Kresimir Cosic Cup (Photo: kkcedevita.hr)Cedevita lifted the Kresimir Cosic Cup for the first time in club history by edging KK Zagreb in the final 74-72. Matjaz Smodis was named tournament MVP after scored 10 of his 27 points in the fourth quarter for the winners. Zagreb led 57-53 through three quarters, but the Ants outscored Zagreb 10-0 in the first four-and-a-half minutes of the fourth quarter to take the lead for good. Mario Kasun brought Zagreb within 69-67 in the final minute only for Vedran Vukusic and Smodis to score on Cedevita’s next two possessions to seal the win. Chris Warren added 11 points for the winners. Damir Rancic scored 20 and Kasun added 16 for Zagreb.
