In the two weekend games played in the Czech League, BK Pardubice and BC Kolin both won in overtime, lifting their records to 22-10 and 21-11, respectively. League leaders CEZ Nymburk’s game against USK was postponed to April 10 because of their Eurocup quarterfinals game on March 19. BK Pardubice edged BK Prostejov 81-79 as the hosts’ Pavel Slezak nailed a triple with 29 seconds remaining in regulation to tie the game at 75-75 and force the overtime. After the visitors took a 77-79 lead in the extra session, Marcus Arnold scored two free throws and Petr Bohacik hit the winning jumper with 20 seconds left to hand Pardubice the victory. Arnold led the winners with 29 points and 11 rebounds, while Corey Muirhead added 17 and Bohacik 13. BC Kolin also needed overtime to triumph over BK Decin 85-81 after the visitors’ Lubos Stria tied the score at 74-74. The hosts scored first in the extra session and never looked back. Rashaan Ames led the way for the winners posting 21 points, David Machac drilled 16 and Roman Marko 15.
