Lithuanian League playoffs, quarterfinals Game 1: April 16-17

Favored Siauliai and Rudupis cruised to easy win in their best-of-three Lithuanian League quarterfinals openers. Siauliai blasted Neptunas 89-74, while Rudupis routed Pieno Zvaigzdes 94-64. The winners are one win away from advancing to the semifinals, where defending champ Zalgiris and Lietuvos Rytas await. Cam Long led five Siauliai scorers in double figures with 22 points. The hosts outscored Neptunas in each of the four quarters en route to the win. Meanwhile Rudupis led by 5 at halftime, increased it to 66-53 through three quarters and dominated the final stanza. Arnas Labuckas scored 16 and Adas Juskevicius added 14 for Rudupis.
