Zorg en Zekerheid Leiden hammered Weert 81-54 to maintain its lead in the Dutch League with a 22-6 record. The hosts led 30-24 at halftime then used a 28-19 third quarter to put away the game. Seamus Boxley paced the winners with 16 points. EiffelTowers Den Bosch and GasTerra Flames both won and are locked in a tie for second with 21-7 records. EiffelTowers battered Aris Leeuwarden 97-79 after leading 51-29 at the half, as Kees Akerboom bagged 20 for the winners, including 6 of 8 from long distance. The Flames routed Rotterdam 67-53 led by Jessey Vorney’s 17 points. Finally, Zwole edged Nijmegen 89-86 as Gerald Robinson led the way with 17 points.
