Defining champion Panathinaikos added a proven Euroleague force to its lineup with the signing of power forward Marcus Haislip over the weekend. Haislip was among the top big men in the Euroleague over the past four seasons, during which he suited up for Ulker and Efes Pilsen in Turkey and Unicaja in Spain. He arrives from San Antonio of the NBA, where he recorded a total of 25 points and 10 rebounds in 10 games off the bench this season. Haislip will reinforce a battered Panathinaikos frontline, which in the last week has seen two big men go down. Kostas Tsartsaris will miss the entire Top 16 with a broken hand and Mike Batiste is sidelined with a torn calf muscle. Haislip is due in Athens on Tuesday...
