REAL MADRID: Bullock re-signs for two seasons
Real Madrid on Friday announced that it has re-signed veteran shooting guard Louis Bullock to a two-year contract until 2011. Bullock, 32, has played with Madrid since 2004-05 and therefore will have spent seven seasons with the Spanish club by the end of the new contract. Bullock helped Madrid reach the Quarterfinal Playoffs this season and finished with 12.9 points per game, 15th-best in the competition. He was also the Euroleague's most accurate free throw shooter, making 63 of 65 attempts, or 95.4%. Overall, Bullock ranks ninth in scoring this decade in the Euroleague with 1,808 points, seventh in three-pionters made, 258, and ninth in free throws, 400. Prior to joining Madrid, Bullock had played for Unicaja of Spain, Verona and Milano of Italy.
