Aguilar (203, 20) comes off a breakout season at CB Granada, where he averaged 9.4 points and 5.1 rebounds in 29 Spanish League games. Aguilar first arrived in Madrid in the summer of 2003 as a 13-year-old, but didn't make his first team debut until the 2006-07 season, when he took part in two ULEB Cup games. He averaged 2.3 points in four Euroleague games during the 2007-08 season before moving to Granada. Aguilar has been a member of the Spanish under-16 and under-18 national teams. He helped Spain win bronze medals at the 2006 European under-18 Championships, 2007 European U-18 Championships and 2009 European U-20 Championships. Aguilar is one of the 15 players that survived the first cut to make the Spanish national team roster for the 2010 FIBA World Championships.
