ANADOLU EFES adds forward prospect Sirin
Anadolu Efes added another big body to its frontline by signing power forward prospect Gokhan Sirin for three seasons. Sirin (2.06 meters, 20 years old) returns to Turkey after several seasons overseas. He played the past two seasons at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he averaged 3.3 points and 1.2 rebounds in a reserve role last season. Sirin is a product of the Darussafaka youth system, but chose to play high school and then college basketball in America before joining the senior ranks. He has also represented the Turkish national team at junior levels, including playing at the Under-16 and U-20 European championships in the past and most recently at the University Games.
