PARTIZAN signs young scorer Andjusic
Partizan mt:s Belgrade added another elite Serbian prospect to its roster by signing Danilo Andjusic. The promising scorer arrives from Hemofarm, for whom he averaged 4.6 points in the Eurocup last season. He also posted 3.7 points in 21 Adriatic League games. Until now, Andjusic (1.97 meters, 20 years old) had spent his entire career with Hemofarm, spare a loan spell at Mega Vizura. He played for Hemofarm at the Nike International Junior Tournaments at the 2007 and 2008 Euroleague Final Fours. Andjusic has come through the ranks of the Serbian junior national teams too, with whom he won gold medals at the 2007 Under-16 European Championships and the 2009 U-18 championships. Last summer he averaged 13 points at the U-20 championships in Spain.
