ASSECO PROKOM inks rookie Viney
Drew VineyPolish champs Asseco Prokom made official on Friday the addition of forward Drew Viney for the next two seasons. Viney (2.03 meters, 24 years old) is a rookie who arrives from Loyola Marymount of the NCAA, where he started playing in 2008. In his senior year there, Viney averaged 15.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.2 steals in over 21 games as a starter in the team. In 2012-13 he will make his pro debut and also his Turkish Airlines Euroleague debut with the Polish powerhouse.
