Aaron Cel joins Stelmet Zielona Gora (photo: www.plk.pl)Polish League champion Stelmet Zielona Gora made the first roster addition for its upcoming Turkish Airlines Euroleague debut by signing power forward Aaron Cel for next season while retaining veteran bench players Mantas Cesnauskis and Marcin Sroka. Cel (2.05 meters, 26 years old) most recently averaged 11.2 points and 7.4 rebounds for PGE Turow Zgorzelec, putting the team in the Polish League finals against Zielona Gora with a three-pointer to win the semifinals. He had averaged 6.8 points and 4.2 rebounds in 18 minutes on average for Turow in the 2011-12 Eurocup regular season. He had previously debuted as a teenager for his original club, Le Mans of France, in both the Eurocup and the Euroleague. Cesnauskas (1.89 meters, 31 years old), a point guard, averaged 4.8 points and 2.1 assists over 18 minutes in 12 Eurocup games last season. Sroka (2.00 meters, 32 years old), a forward, put up 4.9 points and 2.2 rebounds in just under 20 minutes per game in Euroleague action.
