Bryant Dunston joins OlympiacosReigning Turkish Airlines Euroleague champion Olympiacos Piraeus bolstered its froncourt by inking power forward Bryant Dunston to a two-year deal on Tuesday. Dunston (2.03 meters, 27 years old) arrives from Cimberio Varese, where he averaged 14.2 points, 7.4 rebounds and 2.1 steals in 41 Italian League games last season. He helped Varese reach the Italian League semifinals after becoming its regular season champion. Dunston has also played for Hapoel Holon and Bnei Eshet Tours Hasharon in Israel, Aris Thessaloniki in Greece and Mobis Phoebus in South Korea since finishing his college career at Fordham University (NCAA). He helped Mobis to win the South Korean League title in 2010. Dunston led the 2010-11 Eurocup in blocks (1.56 bpg.) playing for Aris. Dunston will make his Euroleague debut with Olympiacos in 2013-14, as the Reds look to become just the third team to win three consecutive continental crowns since European club competitions started back in 1958.
