Swiss League Playoffs, Eighthfinals Game 2: March 31, 2007
There were no surprises in the return legs of the Swiss League Playoffs Eighthfinals as the Geneva Devils, Sion Herens and Lausanne Morges duplicated the wins they had in the first games. Lausanne Morges led by 21 points from Jermaine Williams beat Meyrin Grand Sacconex 95-85. Lausanne will take on regular season champion Olympic Fribourg in the quarterfinals starting Wednesday April 4. Geneva Devils edged Vevey Riviera 80-77 behind Radivoj Tomasevic's 19 points to arrange a quarterfinal meeting with Birstal Starwings. Sion Herens defeated Nyon 89-79 as Vincent Thomas poured in 27 points. Sion takes on Lugano Tigers next. Boncourt plays Monthey in the other quarterfinal.
