Defending Czech League champion CEZ Basketball Nymmburk suffered its second loss of the season on Saturday, going down 81-78 to BK Prostejov. Despite the defeat, Nymmburk, whose record i 33-2, had eight wins more than second place BK Decin, which also lost over the weekend. Prostejov recovered from a 34-47 halftime deficit with a 31-12 run during the third quarter. Cameroon Crisp led the way for the winners with 20 points and Petr Czudek added 16, while Radoslav Rancik led Nymmburk with 16. BK Sadska thrashed away BK Usti nad Labem on the road 74-103 behind Pavel Bosak's 20 points. Mike Mitchel tallied 23 points to help NH Ostrava beat BK Synthesia Pardubice 81-71, while Mlekarna Kunin scored a thrilling 87-85 success over BK Decin behind 20 points from Travis Williams. USK Prague edged A Plus Brno 84-83 thanks to 22 points from Muris Andelija and 17 by Petyer Rerko.
