Antonis Fotsis - Dynamo Moscow It was a transition weekend in the Russian League, as the regular season comes to an end on Wednesday with CSKA Moscow and Unics Kazan fighting for the top spot at the end of this phase. Dynamo Moscow already finished the regular season with a 18-6 record and will be fourth no matter what by thrashing Lokomotiv Rostov 65-85 on the road on Sunday. Antonis Fotsis led the winners with 22 points on 4-of-4 triples. Lazaros Papadopoulos added 16, Dmitri Domani had 15 while Sergei Bykov bagged 11 in an easy road win for Dynamo. Fotsis and Domani led Dynamo to a 15-23 lead after 10 minutes and a big triple by Fotsis made it 29-41 at halftime. A 2-10 run early in the final period allowed Dynamo to seal the outcome, 52-70. In the other games this week, Spartak Vgues edged Spartak St. Petersburg 80-85 on the road behind 22 points from Andrei Tsypatchev and 21 from Willie Deane. CSKA, Unics, Khimki, Dynamo Moscow, Lokomotiv Rostov, Dynamo Moscow region, Spartak Vgues and Spartak St. Petersburg have already made it to the Russian League playoffs.
