Each launched and landed 3 triples in what was left of the second quarter as Fenerbahce blasted in front 31-46. In the third quarter, with the huge support of 13,000 Fenerbahce fans who packed Abdi Ipekci arena, the lead was extended to 20 points, 38-58, on another three-pointer by Onan. Fenerbahce entered the last quarter ahead by 53-68, and now it was Turkcan's turn. His 3 consecutive three-pointers between the 34th and 36th minute boosted the difference to 25 points, 62-87, and the rest of the game was dedicated to Fenerbahce Ulker fans celebrating what would end as a 76-98 final score. The title was extra special for Fenerbahce as the club is celebrating its 100 anniversary. Fenerbahce's only previous Turkish League title came in 1991. Kutluay was the only player on the court who was the part of the team in both titles. Team captain Damir Mrsic received the trophy from Turgay Demirel, the President of Turkish Basketball Federation.
