Rock of Estonia topped 86-77 on Saturday perennial Latvian champs of Ventspils that dropped to the third place in Group B with a 5-3 record. In the middle of the third quarter the hosts exploded with an 8-0 run to build a solid 54-42 advantage that Ventspils was never able to erase. Tarmo Kikerpill and Martin Muursepp led the way for Rock nailing 16 points apiece, while Justin Love of Ventspils led all the scorers by posting 18 points. Dusan Jelic added 11 and Eddie Shannon 10 for the Latvian side. In the other game played, Lacplesa Alus beat 83-71 Kalev Tallinn.
