Swiss League, Game 11: December 9-10, 2006
There were no changes atop the Swiss League this weekend as the top three teams in the standings recorded victories. Olympic Fribourg remain in first place with a 9-1 record after topping Lausanne Morges 87-75 behind 22 points from Lorenzo Orr and 16 apiece from Dave Esterkamp, Tresore Quidome and Oliver Vogt. Birstal Starwings climbed to 8-2 thaks to an 86-71 over BBC Monthey. Jarred McCurry led the way with 35 points. Lugano Tigers are in third at 7-3 after an 87-98 road win at Sion Herens. Edwin Drughan tallied 29 points and Nikola Dacevic added 26. Geneva Devils beat Vevey Riviera 72-82 on the road and Doles drilled 24 points to help Boncourt thrash Meyrin Grand Sacconex 73-99.
