Dutch League, Game 24: January 20, 2007
Just three games were played on Saturday in the Dutch League, with the highlight coming as Matrixx Magixx Nijmegen edged Amsterdam Astronauts 102-101 to move into third place. Ryan Sears posted 29 points and 11 assists and Alhaji Mohammed added 23 points as Nijmegen won the thriller and improved to 13-9. Omniworld Almere stunned Polynorm Giants 72-70. Omniworld, which shares the last place of the table, climbed to 7-15 as Turner Trofholz amassed a double-double of 18 points and 10 rebounds. Meanwhile, Landstede Zwolle raised its record to 9-12 by taking a huge 63-78 away win over Zorg en Zekerheid behind 22 points and 13 rebounds from Danny Lee Jones.
