Bulgarian League, Phase 2, Game 1: February 2-3, 2007

Lukoil Academic Sofia started the Bulgarian League second phase at its best by edging cross-town rival CSKA 82-79 at the end of a balanced game, that saw multiple lead changes. Todor Stoykov led the way with 24 points and 10 rebounds and Giorgji Cekovski and Georgi Davidov posted 10 apiece for Lukoil. Dimitar Mirakovski tallied 19 and Adrian Pledger 18 for CSKA. Cherno More IG topped Spartak Pleven 94-89 as Plamen Aleksiev and Bogdan Boev scored 27 points apiece. Levski outlasted Balkan 85-69 as Rostislav Dikov chipped in 29 points.
