Omer Onan - Fenerbahce Ulker Fenerbahce Ulker trounced rival Besiktas ColaTurka on the road at the Akatlar Arena 68-82 for the second time this season. Fenerbahce, which downed Besiktas 83-71 in their previous meeting, was led by Omer Onan, who shined on the defensive end, and Jamel Thomas, who scored 10 of his 18 points in the last quarter. The win also means that Fenerbahce will start with a 1-0 advantage should the teams meet in the playoffs. Meanwhile, Efes Pilsen struggled to beat CASA TED Kolejliler 59-64 in Ankara, matching Fenerbahce at 15-2 in the standings – one win behind league-leading Turk Telekom. Drew Nicholas led Efes with 22 points. Jan Hendrik Jagla scored 25 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to lead Turk Telekom past Darussafaka 79-89. Galatasaray Cafe Crown moved into a tie for fourth place after topping Tofas 72-76 behind 18 points from Murat Kaya. Besiktas got off to a speedy start against Fenerbahce Ulker as Ivan McFarlin and Cevher Ozer scored inside to build a 13-6 lead after four minutes. However Fenerbahce then kept Besiktas scoreless for five minutes and rode Willie Solomon and Ira Clark to a 0-16 run to finish the period up 15-22. Thomas tied the game at 27-27, but Fenerbahce responded well with the zone defense and with the help of Onan and Damir Mrsic's outside shooting, the visitors took a 40-43 halftime lead. The game remained close throughout the third period and Aubrey Reese leveled the game for Besiktas once again at 59-59 early in the fourth period, but that was all for Besiktas. Five straight three pointers – two from Onan and three by Mrsic came one after another and the shell-shocked Besiktas squad wasn't able to answer. Onan's layup with two minutes remaining gave Fener its biggest lead, 64-80, as the visitors held on for the win. Onan led Fener with 18 points, Mrsic was 5-for-7 from downtown for 15 points, Mirsad Turkcan added 11 points and 5 rebounds and Semih Erden had 10 points and 9 rebounds. Donnell Harvey scored 14 points and grabbed 7 rebounds for Besiktas, McFarlin added 13 points and Reese scored 11 points and dished 5 assists for Besiktas.

Efes Pilsen struggled to beat CASA TED Kolejliler 59-64 in Ankara. Efes was unable to control the game in the first half, after a 12-12 first quarter and a 13-13 second quarter for a 25-25 halftime result. The hosts put pressure on Efes in the third quarter and Erek Hansen and Richard Shields helped put CASA TED 5 points ahead at the end of the third period, 46-41. But Efes started to shake things up in the last 10 minutes. Nicholas ran the offense and everyone joined together for a tough defensive showing. Nikola Prkacin's layup with two minutes remaining made it 52-61 for Efes, as the visitors won the game 59-64. Nicholas lead Efes with 22 points and Prkacin added 9. Shields had 20 and Nezih Gurol scored 11 for CASA TED.
