CEZ Basket Nymburk thrashed A Plus ZS Brno 99-54 on Saturday to improve to 29-1 atop the Czech-League table. With more than two-thirds of the season played, Nymburk boasts an eight-victory lead over second place BK Decin and is the overwhelming favorite to win the crown once more. Radoslav Rancik led Nymburk with 19 points, Antti Nikkila contributed for 17 and Goran Savanovic 12. Decin crushed third-place Synthesia Pardubice on the road 56-74 to solidify its place in the standings. Levell Sanders shined for Decin with 16 points. Liebrec stunned BK Prostejov on the road 74-80 as Charles Johnson tallied 19 points. In other games, BK Usti nad Labem took a thrilling come-from-behind 77-75 success over NH Ostrava behind 25 points by Damien Agrett, USK Prague beat BK Sadska 72-79 as Lukas Kotas posted 17 points and in Sunday's fixture, Melkarna Kunin topped BBK 88-101 as Chad Timberlake led six scorers in double figures with 24 points.
