Reigning champion Tartu Rock suffered its first loss of the season, but is nevertheless on top of the Estonian League with a 16-1 record. The champs fell 80-83 to BC Kalev/Cramo, second in the standings at 14-3. Rait Keerles and Nate Fox led Kalev/Cramo with 17 points apiece, while John Linehan added 16 points for the winners. For Tartu Rock, Viktor Sanikidze was the main man with 21 points and 9 rebounds, Georgi Tsintsadze scored 17 points and dishes 6 assists, Gert Kullamae had 11 points and Tanel Tein added 10 points to go with 5 assists. Four days earlier, Tartu Rock downed BC Rakvere Tarvas 88-74 behind 17 points from Tsintsadze, 14 points and 8 rebounds from Sanikidze, and 13 points apiece from Janar Talts and veteran star Tanoka Beard. Meanwhile, Kalev/Cramo pounded KK Parnu/Catwees 78-103 as Vijar Veski notched 15 points to lead seven Kalev/Cramo scorers in double digits. Also third-place TTU KK registered a victory over Parnu/Catwees, but had to work hard to edge the hosts 62-63 behind a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds from Joosep Toome. Marko Riis netted 19 points in a losing effort for Parnu/Catwees. KK Valga topped Kuremaa SK 76-95 as Heiko Rannula paced five scores in double figures with 24 points for the visitors. Tallinna Kalev outplayed BC Rakvere Tarvas 80-106 behind 23 points from Evgeny Belousov and 20 points to go with 9 rebounds from Veljo Vares.
