Rickey Paulding recorded 21 points and 8 rebounds and Je’Kel Foster added 20 points for Oldenburg, which hosts Game 5 on Thursday evening. EWE Baskets never trailed, scoring three quick baskets to take a 0-6 lead after two minutes and eventually taking a double-digit lead when Foster beat the first-quarter buzzer to make it 13-23 after 10 minutes. The lead reached 16 in the second period and sat at 33-46 at halftime. Paulding made it an 18-point game early in the third quarter and Bonn never got closer then 12 after that. EWE Baskets’ biggest advantage was 53-73 following a pair of fourth-quarter Paulding threes that iced the game with plenty of time to go. Three-point shooting proved to be a big difference between the sides as Bonn made just 1 of 12 (8.3%) while Oldenburg drilled 7 of 16 (48.2%). Marko Scekic added 14 points and Jason Gardner had 10 for Oldenburg. E.J. Rowland paced Bonn with 20 points and John Bowler added 16.
