Captain Petar Bozic raised the 11th domestic cup in club history – including eight Yugoslavian Cups – following a hard-fought 30 minutes before Partizan opened things up in the fourth quarter. Partizan started strong and led 8-2, but FMP quickly closed the gap and the game remained close for the remainder of the first three quarters. Partizan led 34-31 at halftime and 50-49 after three quarters. However everything changed in the fourth quarter, as Dusan Kecman started to connect from downtown and the team rolled to a 22-5 blitz to take control of the game for good. Bo McCalebb paced Partizan with 16 points, Kecman was 4 for 4 from downtown en route to 14 points and Aleks Maric posted 10 points and 7 rebounds for a 22 index in just 17 minutes. Miroslav Raduljica led FMP with 18 points and 6 rebounds in defeat.
