Despite not playing in this round, GasTerra Flames leads the Dutch League standings with a 20-2 record. Zorg en Zekerheid is second at 19-4, with EiffelTowers right behind at 16-6. ZZ Leiden thrashed end-of-the-table Rotterdam 57-88 on the road on Saturday. Jesse Smith, Monta McGhee and Worthy De Jong led the winners with 18 points apiece. McGhee added 12 rebounds for a double-double. Arvin Slagter had 15 points for ZZ Leiden, that led 27-47 at halftime and never looked back. WCAA Giants upset EiffelTowers 82-87 on the road on Sunday. Tim Blue paced the winners with 16 points. EiffelTowers managed to rally and get a 82-81 edge with 45 seconds left but a three-point play by Brandon Griffin and free throws by Jesse Kimbrough sealed the outcome down the stretch. In other games, Magixx Playing for KidsRights edged BSW 60-69 while De Friesland Aris defeated Landstede 76-85 in Zwolle behind 23 points from Manny Adako.
