Two days after they met in the Turkish Airlines Euroleague, Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv repeated the outcome with a 78-67 victory over Partizan mt:s Belgrade in a clash of unbeaten Adriatic League squads. Jordan Farmar led a balanced Maccabi attack with 14 points and 7 assists. That result coupled with Union Olimpija’s road win at Helios Domzale leaves Maccabi and Olimpija tied atop the standings at 5-0. Deon Thompson scored 23 off the bench to lead Olimpija to a 63-77 win. In a Croatian derby, Cedevita dominated Zagreb 97-51. Chris Warren and Ivan Opacak led Cedevita with 17 points each. Cibona got 20 points from Antwain Barbour in a 75-70 win over Siroki WWin. Cedevita, Cibona and Partizan are tied for third place with 4-1 records. Krka held on to beat Hemofarm Stada 81-74 thanks to Smoljan Pavic’s 21 points and 14 rebounds. Buducnost Vali bested Radnicki 62-74 behind Nikola Vucevic's double double. And Crvena Zvezda cruched Zlatorog Lasko 104-64 as Adam Morrison scored 23.

Jordan Farmar led a balanced Maccabi attack with 14 points and 7 assists. It was all Maccabi from the start as a dominant Sofoklis Schortsanitis made it 13-3 inside of three minutes, the first quarter ended 28-14 and the halftime score was 48-26. Big Sofo and Devin Smith finished with 12 points apiece for the Israeli champs. Nikola Pekovic carried Partizan with 23 points and 7 rebounds. That result coupled with Union Olimpija’s road win at Helios Domzale leaves Maccabi and Olimpija tied atop the standings at 5-0. Deon Thompson scored 23 off the bench to lead Olimpija to a 63-77 win on Sunday. Domzale trailed 54-58 entering the fourth quarter before Thompson and Danny Green combined for all Olimpija’s points in a 2-14 charge that settled the outcome. Damir Markota finished with 13 points and Green posted 11 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals.
In a rematch of last season’s Croatian League finals, Cedevita dominated Zagreb 97-51. Chris Warren and Ivan Opacak led Cedevita with 17 points each. The game was close at the break, 39-35, but Cedevita dominated at both ends the rest of the way. Dontaye Draped added 13 points and 6 assists and Marko Car had 12 and 5 for the winners. Papa Diasse posted 19 points and 13 boards for Zagreb, which suffered from a miserable shooting night – 27% on two-pointers and 15.8% on threes – and committed 20 turnovers. Cibona got 20 points from Antwain Barbour in a 75-70 win over Siroki WWin. Damjan Rudez added 17, including 4 free throws in the final minute to help seal the win. Krka held on to beat Hemofarm Stada 81-74 thanks to Smoljan Pavic’s 21 points and 14 rebounds. Krka went on a 15-2 run that started in the final minute of the third quarter to pull away for the victory. Buducnost Vali bested Radnicki 62-74 behind Nikola Vucevic’s double double. Vucevic finished with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Bojan Krstovic led Buducnost with 18 points and Jermaine Anderson had 12 points and 7 assists.
