BK Decin is sitting pretty atop the Czech League standings with a 4-0 record after topping Levharti Chomutov 73-89 on the road Sunday. Pavel Houska stood tall with 28 points and Tomas Pomikalek added 17. BK Prostejov remained perfect by crushing SLUNETA Usti nad Labem 102-67 on Saturday for its third straight win. Matej Venta put up 24 points and Bertengeh Cadri-Nicholson scored 21 for the victors. Defending champ CEZ Basketball Nymburk routed BK B & W Opava 93-60 after starting the game with a 26-6 opening quarter. Lamayne Wilson posted 27 points and 7 rebounds and Michal Kremen netted 14 for the winners. Meanwhile BK JIP Pardubice handed BC Kolin its first loss 76-86 as Marcus Arnold shined with 28 points and 11 rebounds. Inter Bratislava edged Turi Svitavy 71-72 for its first win. In the weekend’s other games, USK Praha defeated BK Loko Interconex Plzen 91-64 and NH Ostrava topped Astrum Levice 89-77.
