Rudupis Prienai got back-to-back wins over the weekend to raise their record to 11-2 and climb to second place in the Lithuanian League. On Friday night they took out Baltai away 62-72, taking the lead in the third quarter and never giving it up. Arturas Milaknis led the winners with 16 points, while Edgars Zelionis collected 13 points and 10 rebounds. On Saturday Rudupis outlasted Kedainiai Triobet 93-85 in overtime. Gediminas Orelikas and Arturas Milaknis scored 21 points apiece, and led the way in the overtime outscoring the guests 15-7. Arimnas Urbutis chipped in 17 with 10 boards and Adas Juskevicius added 13. Baltai grabbed a 70-76 road win over Juventus as Mario Delas netted 15 points and Zigymantas Janavicius 14, while Lietkabelis earned its third win of the season by edging Neptunas 103-98 behind 25 points by Vaidas Cepukaitis. Pieno Zvaigzdes survived a thriller on the road against Siauliai, 78-82, thanks to a 32-point fourth quarter. Eimantas Bendzius and Paulius Morkeliunas nailed 15 points apeice for the winners.
