Regal FC Barcelona finished off a perfect run to the title at the Torneig de Basquet Junior "Ciutat de L’Hospitalet" with a 95-90 victory over archrival Real Madrid in the final. Josep Perez dominated with 32 points and 6 steals to lead his team to the win, trophy and a ticket to the Nike International Junior Tournament at the 2011 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four in May. Aitor Gomez added 23 points and 9 rebounds and Lluis Costa had 18 points and 7 assists for the winners. They outdueled Madrid’s Daniel Diez, who had a big game in defeat with 28 points and 10 rebounds. The L'Hospitalet tournament follows the first qualifier in the series, the Torneo Citta di Roma, which was won last week by Fenerbahce Ulker from Turkey. The third stop in the qualifying tournament series is the Serbian capital of Belgrade from February 18 to 20.
