Coins, keys prohibited among Final Four security measures
In coordination with Berlin legal authorities, Euroleague Basketball is advising all fans who will attend the 2009 Final Four that, in addition to hazardous objects and materials, both keys and monetary coins will not be permitted inside O2 World, the event venue. Ticket-holders are encouraged not to carry coins or keys to Final Four games. All keys will be subject to deposit before entering O2 World and may be picked up within a limited time after the games. Ticket-holders will be required to relinquish any coins they are carrying. Coins may not be deposited. At all entrances to the arena, coins may be discarded or put in donation boxes to benefit 46664, the charitable arm of the Nelson Mandela Foundation, with whom the Euroleague has collaborated on several events this season. Any coins relinquished by fans to security personnel will be donated to 46664. Anyone who has bought Final Four tickets on-line will have been informed of the no-coin security policy, as have the participating clubs before distributing tickets to their fans. Inside O2 World, any purchases will be sold or packaged in €5 increments to avoid the necessity of making change in coins. In addition to the prohibitions on coins and keys, food and drink, bottles and cans, drugs, weapons, cigarette lighters, umbrellas, flammable materials and explosives, animals, loudspeakers, bullhorns, laser pointers and flag poles will be prohibited from entering the arena. Any flags and banners measuring larger than 1 x 2 meters will not be allowed inside O2 World. Banners, symbols, emblems or texts that incite violence will not be permitted. All fans are advised to arrive two hours before any games in order to allow enough time for security clearance and location of their seats.

We are honoured that you will joining us at the 2009 Euroleague Basketball Final Four at the O2 World arena in Berlin. We hope that you will enjoy the best that European basketball has to offer, as CSKA Moscow, Olympiacos, Panathinaikos and Regal FC Barcelona battle it out on May 1st and 3rd to see who will be crowned as the champion of Europe.
In order to make this the best event possible for the teams, the organizers and, most importantly, you the fans, please note the following information prior to your arrival at the O2 World for the Euroleague Final Four 2009.

In this case, the holder will not receive any compensation for the face value of the ticket. In case of injury of any person, the holder must notify the organisation. The organisation is not liable for damages caused to the property and health of the holders, if they are caused by irresponsible approach of the other people present.
The ticket holder is subject to a personal security check of his/her person and his/her luggage with the aim of ensuring security of all visitors. For this purpose, the ticket holder is requested to arrive at the arena two hours before the beginning of the event.

Only the consumption of food and drinks purchased in the arena is permitted.
