VTB Arena helps bring basketball to Londoners
VTB Arena gave the people of London a chance to get a taste of basketball by participating at the 2013 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four Fan Zone at Trafalgar Square in downtown London.

"We are very pleased that this season we began to work closely with such a prestigious and influential organization as Euroleague Basketball,” said Andrei Peregoudov, Senior Vice President of VTB Bank and head of the VTB Arena Park project. “That's why we reacted very positively to Euroleague’s offer to participate in Final Four Fan zone activities at Trafalgar Square.”

Basketball novices were able to test out the game at the many VTB Arena courts, which also hosted 3on3 tournament games all weekend. VTB Arena also conducted a three-point shoot-out and slam dunk contest.

“The idea of such actions is very close to our project's principles; to attract people, especially the young generation to sport and physical training!” Mr. Peregoudov said. “That's what we want to see not only on Trafalgar Square, but in our arena after the completion of our project. We want to make VTB Arena Park the place of attraction for those who love sports and a healthy way of life."
