bwin Euroleague Fantasy Challenge winner shares his Final Four experience
As every season, the 2013-14 Turkish Airlines Euroleague Final Four had a very special VIP guest, one who earned his way to those tickets and wound up enjoying the ultimate experience for any basketball fan. Nenad Vucetic of Serbia, the 2013-14 bwin Euroleague Fantasy Challenge winner, collected his prize and made the most of it. The grand prize saw Nenad and his wife become VIP guests of the Euroleague at the Final Four in Milan, including four nights at the organization hotel, two VIP tickets to the games and the opportunity to celebrate on court with the new champions, Maccabi Electra Tel Aviv. Nenad took full advantage of everything at his disposal; he snapped lots of pictures, spent time chatting with a lot of people and did his best to take everything in and simply enjoy the best weekend in world basketball as an insider.

"First of all, I want to say thanks for a wonderful Final Four in Milan. I had the honor to spend four days surrounded by European basketball legends," Nenad said after returning home. "While at the hotel, I had the opportunity to meet and talk to great people such as Nikola Vujcic and Bora Stankovic. All the conversations that followed were very special to me as I am a great basketball fan and follower," he added. Nenad had to battle for 31 weeks for his team, Svalerasi, to beat every other bwin Euroleague Fantasy Challenge user. He accumulated 4,846.9 points in those 31 weeks and won by a narrow margin of 12.8 points, but it was just enough to have a great time in Milan. "The organization was top level and the VIP lounge had all one may need during the course of the games!"

Naturally the best moment was the chance to take the court and see Maccabi lift the trophy in front of thousands of its fans at Mediolanum Forum. The Turkish Airlines Euroleague Championship Game went to overtime for the first time since 1969, which made the wait to enter to the court even more exciting, as Nenad explained. "We watched the end of the game courtside and were thrilled with the tense final minutes," he said. "The feeling was as if we stood there side by side with the players, nerve-wrecked for each missed point. Once the game was over, it was outstanding to witness the whole arena being as one, the happiness and joy of victory that was brought on by Maccabi. It was a very unique, a once-in-a-lifetime experience to stand on the court during the trophy ceremony."

Nenad was right; it was one of the best Euroleague finals ever and the post-game celebration was one of a kind. Now Nenad must do his best to repeat as the bwin Euroleague Fantasy Challenge winner in the 2014-15 season. It won't be an easy task, however, as tens of thousands of Euroleague fans will compete against him to challenge for the grand prize.
