Tribute to the champs, Regal FC Barcelona: Erazem Lorbek!
His third Euroleague final was the charm for All-Euroleague big man Erazem Lorbek, who won his first continental trophy in Paris. Just as he had done all season, Lorbek proved a key factor for Barcelona at the Final Four, where his combination of low-post skills, outside shooting and rebounding instincts helped Barcelona grab the title for the second time. In a grueling semifinal game against his former team, CSKA Moscow, Lorbek collected 7 points, a team-high 9 rebounds and a performance index rating of 17 to help push Barcelona to victory. Once in the title game, Lorbek remained a focal point of the Barcelona attack, and his efficiency let him finish the Final Four tied for the best overall performance rating, 30, among the champions. Appropriately, Lorbek's three-pointer in the game's final minute put Barcelona ahead by 21 points and signalled the start of the trophy celebration. Tribute to Regal FC Barcelona: Erazem Lorbek
