EL refs to unveil instructional DVD

The Euroleague Refereeing Department will unveil at the Final Four in Tel Aviv its own DVD that takes advantage of the many improvements made in officiating in recent years. The purpose of the DVD is to reproduce the content of the manual used to teach three-man refereeing mechanics as used in both the Euroleague and ULEB Cup competitions. The DVD illustrates the salient points of the three-man officiating system in such a way as to be an educational tool for all referees and instructors. It marks the first time that such a DVD has been produced in this format and its content can be used in conjunction with other officiating systems on a worldwide basis.
