He guided Aris from an unknown team to three consecutive Euroleague Final Fours from 1988 to 1990, while also leading Greece to an unforgettable win at EuroBasket 1987. Galis scored 25,995 points in 854 official games in his career and helped Aris to win eight Greek League titles from 1983 to 1991. He stands as an inspiration to today's generation of Greek stars. |
